About
Embrace the Winter Chill with Creativity end January with a calm, creative escape in my home studio in Amersfoort. While the weather outside is cold, our studio will be warm and inviting. In this beginner-friendly session, we will capture the quiet beauty of a snowy mountain range. This theme is designed to be meditative and relaxing, focusing on the soft blues, misty greys, and crisp whites of a winter landscape. What We Will Create: I will guide you step-by-step to create your own winter masterpiece. You will learn: Atmospheric Depth: How to paint translucent "layers" of mountains to make your landscape look vast and misty. The Art of "White": Learning the golden rule of watercolor; how to use the paper itself to represent bright, fallen snow. Soft Skies & Pines: Practice "wet-on-wet" techniques for hazy skies and simple, effective brushstrokes for pine trees. Is This Class for You? Absolutely! This workshop is recommended if you: Are a total beginner (No experience? No problem!). Feel a bit intimidated by a blank page and want a structured, friendly guide. Want to understand the fundamental "physics" of water control while making something beautiful. An All-Inclusive Afternoon We take care of everything so you can focus on relaxing. 🎨 All Materials Provided: High-quality paper, brushes, and paints are waiting for you. Cozy Refreshments: Enjoy a glass of wine or tea, coffee, and a selection of sweet and savory snacks. 👥 Intimate Setting: Small group size ensures you get plenty of personal guidance.
